Dear members of the League!

If you have not already heard, this year the historic 2020 LWVUS Convention is completely virtual. Any League member may listen/learn/participate in the Caucuses (Monday, June 22 - Wednesday, June 24) by registering for each respect Caucus here [1] , and observe the Plenary session (Friday, June 26 - Saturday, June 27, 3pm - 8pm each day) by registering here [2] . Thursday's, June 25, panel event (7:30pm - 8:40pm) is open to everyone and will be streamed live on Facebook. I highly recommend taking advantage of this unique opportunity during the 100th year of the League!

I am delighted to announce that the League of Women Voters of Jefferson County West Virginia [3] has been selected from a large list of applicants as one of three Finalists for the Strengthening Democracy Award [4] for their work on Virtual Candidate Forums this year!
