Hi, I'm resending this message on behalf of James Evans. He was concerned that when he originally sent out the message that it may not have reached everyone because it lacked a subject line. The original message included an attachment that I have put on a site where it can now be downloaded. - Jonathan
From James Evans:
Hello everyone
Those of you who may be interested, the following program about Morgantown will to be broadcasted on West Virginia Public Broadcasting (NPR):
Mega Morgantown Monday, May 16 at 3:30 pm & 9 pm By Emily Hughes
The north central city of Morgantown, home to West Virginia University, is growing by leaps and bounds. It could soon outdistance other major metropolitan areas and become the state's largest city. While some area leaders see this as a positive development, there are issues that concern others.
Obviously, this growth will impact the total environmental picture including our air.
Also, I heard a report yesterday on NPR that mentioned Fort Martin as the "13th dirtiest coal-fired power plant in America. A search on NPR's web site came up suspiciously blank. But found the story on the Environmental News Service (ENS) site:
