P.S. The Mylan case would be a good example of how Morgantown could improve air quality, expand economic activity, AND expand investment and jobs for construction workers. More pollution control would mean increased construction and investment. And Mylan is doing well enough financially that they could afford it. It might be worth asking our "friends" at the Affiliated Construction Trades if they would join us on this one.

According to my calculations, the amount of increase in particulate matter proposed by Mylan is approximately 8.5% of that proposed by Longview. However, Mylan is in a major population center - literally right next to an elementary school and a residential neighborhood and within a short distance of two hospitals and two nursing homes.
