The attached press release summarizes the amicus (friend of the court) brief we have filed to support the WV Board of Education's legal challenge regarding the state legislature's action to transfer policy making from the WV Board of Education to elected officials. As noted in the press release, the state legislature is overriding the will of the people and posing an unacceptable assault on the democratic process.
