Activity Description: Commission Procedural Order that the Witness Appearance Schedule as contained in the Commission's January 4, 2008 Order is modified as follows: (i) the Williams testimony will by presented on January 12, 2008, (instead of January 10, 2008), and (ii) the Dallas family testimony of Liberio Robert Dallas and Robin Dallas will be presented on January 19, 2008, (instead of on January 12, 2008); that Protective Agreements between (i) TrAILCo and the WVEUG, (ii) TrAILCo and Staff, (iii) TrAILCo and Halleck, (iv) TrAILCo and CPV Warren, and (v) TrAILCo and the Sierra Club, are approved as to the information described in TrAILCo's January 4, 2008, First Amendment to Motion for Protective Order. The issue of permanent protective treatment is deferred as described above; that the Commission's Executive Secretary provide notice to TrAILCo should any entity request access to the information described in TrAILCo's January 4, 2008 First Amendment to Motion for Protective Order, so that TrAILCo will have the opportunity to respond to the request; that Ms. Stahl's request for a waiver of the requirement that she serve a copy of her direct testimony upon all parties is granted; etc.
