Eventful weekend for Positive Spin!:
On Sunday (Today), 1pm, we will bike again on another famous Spin
with CRC ride, but instead of heading up Deckers Creek trail, our
destination turnaround point will be Point Marion where you can
refresh at a grocery store. If you are inspired you can continue to
the Cheat Lake hydroelectric plant. This will be a completely flat
ride! Keep in mind that you can ride whatever distance you want,
that is one of the nice aspects about group trail rides. We will
have an informal potluck picnic at Positive Spin about 4:30pm.
Please bring a dish to share, or food can be purchased in Sabraton.
Eric wants everyone to know that we have enough mustard. A grill
will be available.
On Saturday, we were back at the MedExpress Kids Day. This year we
had a bike available to be painted which was very popular. Photos
will be available at https://facebook.com/groups/positivespin
and https://facebook.com/positivespinwv.

PS - Next Spin with CRC will be August 28. Along with the potluck,
Matt Marino will be hosting a fundraiser
with Mayberry's lawman Barney Fife with all proceeds going to
Positive Spin. While on the subject, Don Knotts was the actor from
Morgantown who portrayed Barney Fife; on July 23 there will be a Don
Knotts Statue Unveiling Celebration at the Metropolitan
Theatre.
