As a result of our regular board meeting on the evening of May 21 at Positive Spin headquarters, I am happy to make this important announcement. As defined in our bylaws, we now have new officers, and a Corporate Executive Pro Tem (temporary replacement of the Executive Director by an officer or director) as listed below:
