Positive Spin, Morgantown's non-profit bicycle collective, was alerted
by their Lessor that their lease is now void and that they have 60 days
to vacate by the end of February. The owners of the property decided to
sell the property and there is a clause in the lease that gives them the
ability to do this in the event of a sale if the lessee is not in the
first year of the lease. What this means is that Positive Spin will have
to quickly find a place with at least 1700 to 2000 sq ft at no more than
$6/sq ft/yr. Positive Spin helps a diverse group of people acquire
affordable sustainable transportation, recreation and exercise via
bicycles and helps them learn how to maintain their bicycle. If you know
