Christmas give away

Thanks to the National Guard for picking up most of our bikes this morning. Randy and I also made one trip each with pickup trucks. Events start around around 8:30 tomorrow (Thursday) with a break at noon, food provided by Christian Help. Come on over to the armory at any time to help with the give away share in the Cristmas spirit. Will

Christmas bike donations

Two weeks ago Randy Youst and I delivered 13 bikes to the Rowlesburg elementary school. Ice in Parsons is delaying Saturday's pickup of bikes donated to us from that area. On Monday morning, Dec 12thk, Randy will take around 20 bikes to Kingwood for distribution by school councilors to the 7 schools in Preston county At 3PM on Monday the Morgantown Church of Christ will load approximately 40 bikes to add to gifts they are taking to Clendenin for a Christmas give away. On Wednesday, time not yet extablished, the National Guard will load the rest of the bikes, about 100, for transport to the armory. On Thursday from 8AM to late afternoon, all Spin volunteers are welcome at the armory to help give away those bikes. Food is provided for volunteers, Thanks to everyone for your help in making this possible. We are giving more bikes away this year then ever before and are sending many of them out of our county.
