There doesn't appear to be a connection from the main planning site to the draft plan site.  Not knowing this, I got on the main planning web site and downloaded the old plan from 1999 and 2004, so I called the Planning Director and he gave me the above URLs.

Maybe now that the make up of the county commission is changing, we can really get planning going in Mon County?
