Positive Spin Contract with City

Bicycle Board Members, Please review the attached draft contract and be prepared to discuss it at next Thursday's Bicycle Board Meeting. The desired outcome of the discussion is a draft contract with which the BB would concur. The attached document is a draft contract between Positive Spin and the City of Morgantown. The City requires a contract with Positive Spin for Positive Spin to be able to purchase necessary services, materials and supplies for the City to implement the Morgantown Effective Cycling Education Program. Nick Hein provided me the attached document for review prior to his submitting it to the City. If you review the attached document before the meeting, we can jump right in to discussing it. Documents relevant to the attached are 1) the Morgantown Effective Cycling Education Program grant application and 2) the minutes of a meeting between Jeff Mikorski, Assistant City Manager; Jeff Harpold, WVDOH Transportation Ehancement Coordinator and me (see my 11/21/08 e-mail message, subject: Parking, SLMs, Ed Grant).
